How long is the onboarding process?
Go live date is typically 30-45 days from the date your contract is signed.
What EMR systems are you compatible with?
We primarily use Greenway Intergy, but we are well versed in all systems including but not limited to: GMed, eClinicalWorks, Practice Fusion, and Compulink.
Where will insurance companies send my payments?
Insurance companies will send all payments and EOBs directly to your office.
What if my group is out-of-network with most insurance companies?
We are out-of-network experts! We can easily assist with any OON claims your office receives.
Who will be working my account?
You will receive your own personal account representative who will be familiar with your practice and can guide you through any questions or concerns.
